How to calmly approach the week ahead confident knowing you are enough

As we go in to a new week please find three steps below to become more mindful, positive and grateful across the next seven days:


1.Practice mindfulness: Start each day with meditation or deep breathing to anchor yourself in the present moment, releasing lingering thoughts of the past. A great meditative exercise is to black smoke leaving your body when you breathe out and white light radiating your body as you breathe in.


2.Set positive intentions: Focus on a small number achievable goals for the week, affirming your strengths and self-worth to boost confidence. A good affirmation to start each day is ‘I am basically good’ repeating this twenty one times can cut through internal resistance.


3.Embrace gratitude: Reflect on what you’re thankful for each morning, fostering contentment and reinforcing a forward-looking mindset. Let the past stay where it belongs behind you. Gratitude is the fastest way to connect with joy and create a real shift towards a positive perspective.
