1.Shift your focus inward: Prioritise your values and goals over external opinions. Trust your judgment and remind yourself that your worth isn’t defined by others’ perceptions.
2.Challenge fear of judgment: Realise that most people are too focused on themselves to truly judge you. Their opinions often reflect their insecurities, not your reality.
3.Practice self-acceptance: Embrace your imperfections and own your choices. Confidence grows when you stop seeking approval and stay authentic.
